Return Process

Ensure your item is eligible for return; please note that for food safety reasons, opened tea and botanicals cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.

- 3.Pack Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Ship and Track
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed upon receipt and inspection.
